More stuff about the music and stories on this week’s Melodica
This is the start of something new. A weekly blog loosely based around the Melodica radio show with more information, pictures, links and comment.

That Fuzzy Feeling: Levek – Look On The Bright Side
Levek – Look On The Bright Side is my tune of the week. It’s a mellow low-fi live sounding jam about keeping things up. Levek is the brainchild of David Levesque from Florida, USA. This is modern post everything music, just doing it’s own thing, waiting for the rest of the world to catch up with it.
Download a low quality MP3 of the tune for free and pre-order the limited edition red vinyl 7” from Father/Daughter Records.

Wut?
The other massive tune of the week comes from Girl Unit, it’s the first track on the show so play it now. It’s not just a massive club track it’s one of those super hooky, really annoying tunes that really should be a crossover pop hit. But, as ever, let’s hope it’s not, then we can keep the pleasure for ourselves.

Clown & Sunset USB stick
Ines is the new collaboration album on Nicolas Jaar’s Clown & Sunset label. It features tracks from Nico himself as well as C&S co-conspirators Nikita and Soul Keita. The album is being released as an incredibly cool USB stick that doubles as a must-have necklace.
